Rich panel control with expander written in C#

I added a expander feature to the RichPanel that I developped a few weeks ago.
The expander is optionnal.

When I Use this control I can’t expand it. There is no green icon in the expanser. How can I Enable this green icon for expanding?
Green icon appears if shadowoffset is equal to 0.
I have fixed some bugs. Please tell me to send you new code if you are interested.
I’m interested in Update with bug Fix, can you post the updated source ?
